EkoStinger, a Rochester-based company that Excell Partners helped to fund, has been named the $1M grand prize winner of 76West Clean Energy Competition.  EkoStinger, which manufactures under-trailer aerodynamic devices for tractor trailers that reduce emissions and save fuel, will expand its operations to the Southern Tier.
